At Fragrance Store USA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a detailed Return and Exchange Policy. We carefully inspect each item before dispatch. In case of damage during shipping, we take full responsibility. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.
Shipping Policy Details:
- If your order had free shipping, its cost is deducted from your refund.
- Samples are final sales and cannot be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened or used items.
Purchase Receipt and Insurance:
- Signature confirmation is required for delivery as most orders are insured against theft and damage. Without signature confirmation, insurance coverage ends post-delivery, and we are not responsible for theft or damage.
Refund Specifics:
- Card payment cancellations or returns are subject to card processing fee deductions.
- The refund process starts only after we receive and confirm the delivery of your return.
- For a full refund, return items within 15 days in their original condition. Unboxed items must be returned unsealed and undamaged. Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t qualify for a full refund.
